Discussion/Lecture
Okay, so you have have oral presentations to do at the end of this semester so I thought we’d talk today about presenting. And for a start, let’s review a few Ted talks to gain some insights, follow-up with some other resources to use. We will then review our oral presentation rubric and discuss some presentation tools available to you.

We will review the Presentation Guidelines together on Zoom.
Think About your Typography in Your Slides:
• Type should be legible with no typos and no distracting colors
• Typeface choice should complement the imagery, not conflict with it
• And please, no typos in 36 pt headlines–I’ve seen this before
Check out this TikTok as a quick reminder of why TypeFace Selection matters
Oral Presentation Samples Below From Past Semesters
I also have uploaded below two presentations that fullfilled the requirements with regard to the slide show. Remember, all the information in the presentation does not have to be in the slide show. The slide show should support your overall oral presentation.
