To-Do After Class/Instructions
If you don’t have an internship already, you are job hunting. So, this week you will be polishing your resume and portfolio as we discussed during class.
If you do have an internship, you should fill out the internship agreement and provide it to your supervisor. It should be submitted by next week or September 14, at the latest.
All of you should:
• Polish your resume next week and upload it to the Blackboard dropbox.
• Send me your portfolio link on our OpenLab Portfolio Link discussion board by next week if you already have one; by week three of class if you are still putting it together.
•Begin Building your LinkedIn network. Send emails inviting all your classmates and myself to join your network.
• Make a virtual appointment with the Professional Development Center here on campus & see “Where to Find An Internship” on our site.
