The podcast hook captures the attention of the audience because it mentions a relatable thought when waking up. This podcast audience consists of high school students because this girl host brings up relatable problems. The girl voices her insecurities about her body and the messages she puts within the podcast are to support others and to not judge because everyone is going through something of their own. The podcast comes to an end when the girl explains her messages not judging ourselves because it makes us realize others are going through the same issues. If I were to write about this podcast, the message I would emulate would be not to be judgemental toward others because everyone is going through their own challenges/problems in their life. I think I would avoid using some of her thoughts because they get repetitive but other than that I would use majority of this podcast to back the message I would express.
