The most important ideas in our first class were to reaffirm different concepts focused on Hospitality, such as where the word “Hospitality” comes from. as well as its different stages in the history of the world. The most attractive thing about today was that during this course we are going to develop different oral and written skills as forms of communication in the field of hospitality. “To become a great manager, we must learn to communicate” A curious fact in today’s class was the number of tourists who visit New York City every year. However, Paris ranks number one in visiting tourists in the world. which means that the Hospitality industry has great growth and it’s our opportunity to learn and go out into the world and demonstrate that a satisfied customer will always be loyal.
