Hello everyone. I go by Greg. I started off with liberal arts and science and eventually decided Hospitality and Management is my final area of destination. I grew up making local Nigerian (Egusi soup) with mom, transitioned to making Italian sauce ( bolognese) for a pizzeria, cooking is dear to my heart and what I do dearly. I have been in the food industry for less than 13 months, but the art of food making has been in me for ages apparently because I run the kitchen by myself in a short period of time. I am passionate about pizzas and authentic Italian cuisines. Also I think food is significant to our spirituality, that’s why people travel abroad and come back acting and feeling different.
Fun fact: I love the 5 major sports soccer, basketball, football, tennis and I enjoy baseball the Least.
