Hey, my name is Amerie and my major is Hospitality Management. Growing up I always found myself hovering while there was cooking going on in the kitchen, I also always enjoyed having company over and ensuring that everyone had a great time. I want to be a chef and own a restaurant; I would be lying if I said that this is what I want to do entirely but I definitely look forward to learning new things that would help me decide what I like and what I don’t like.
