Here at Walt Disney World spring break season has officially started and we’re expecting to get more and more guests come into not only the springs but to all of our parks and this is made clear by the sheer fact that no one can reserve or even get into a park the entire month of march so we’re pretty booked and really busy. Usually on the weekdays there aren’t as many people at Deluxe Burger but now we are almost busy everyday and we are fortunate enough to have great leaders and are able to seek out support from them without fear of judgment and because of this we are able to handle the droves of people coming in to enjoy a meal after their long day of having fun at the parks. We had an unfortunate accident with one of our sauce dispensers and had to remove it to get it repaired so instead we scoop and portion the sauces that are missing into sauce cups and give them out at the expo counter when requested by a customer. A customer had an issue with out burger and wanted to see if they could get another the problem with the burger was that the tomato still had a bit of the stem still attached and they weren’t too keen on eating the burger with it still on so instead of suggesting to eat around the tomato stem I replaced the burger and the customer went away with no fuss or muss thankfully. This week wasn’t as eventful but none the less I am very comfortable in every role I am given and feel that I am extremely proficient in each of them.
