This week I was started to get use to being on my own and I was starting to ask less and less questions to my peers as I started to get the hang of how my positions work and how they are suppose to close. I was still relatively new to closing up on Shakes which is the station that makes and serves the milkshakes at Deluxe Burger and closing for that position takes a lot of work and has to start much earlier but unfortunately for me it took me a long time to close that station because I had way to many milkshake orders coming in which didn’t allow me to close up the machine but thankfully my leaders and my coworkers helped me out with closing and it became such a relief because I was worried that I was going to be left alone in the end. It always becomes so easy to forget or to want to ask for help because you think that you might bother someone with your questions or they might think that your questions are dumb and irrelevant but I have learned to always ask questions.
