Week 2: Working in Dinoland

Dino Land: Dino Ride

Working in Dino-Land has been very interesting for many dinosaur enthusiasts. This has created an enjoyable environment to work in, and sometimes there is more for me to learn. However, working in Dino Land showed me how to work big ice cream machines and new sanitation rules and laws. This is still hard for me to grasp since it is called TPHC, which allows things to be good within the 4 hours of service. On top of this, creating magical moments for new guests is always so fun and makes people’s days happier. Working in an environment where magical moments can be a quick solution for any miscommunication is great, which makes a cast member happy as well as the guest’s day happy. There is still a lot more to learn in Dinoland, and it is very exciting to see what comes next.
