Learning how to open different stations throughout the week

Working at a Food court means learning about each station and what is needed to open. I learned how to put away the trays and where to dispose of the garbage. I had to ensure the cart I was using looked presentable to the guests. I had to memorize the different tools needed for my station and the bumping system they had in place. I found their Cash system confusing at first however with the practice I was given I understood it a lot more. I learned how to separate the payments in order for the system to process the transaction correctly. I have begun to memorize the dishes served which has come in helpful when asking the cook to prepare them. I do have to work on focusing on one thing at a time.
