Finalized research question: Gender inequality in the workforce community.
Why am I interested?
I am interested in gender inequality because it is something that still exist in our society. Women is still getting paid less than men in the workforce community. Not only do they get paid less, they also face racism, less promotion, or sexual harassment. I want to know why does gender disparity still exist and ways we can fight it as women.
What exactly is the question about gender inequality? This is a topic but not yet a question. It is also too broad. Also, I think you should pick a particular work/job so to help you be more specific. For example–I might say, what are the effects of gender inequality in academia?
