Many different social justice issues are occurring throughout the world today. However, Black Lives Matter is a social justice issue that is ongoing and is a huge problem. After doing a bit of research I noticed that recently Black Lives Matter has gained much more attention compared to before back then in 2015 when it was started. The reason we are now hearing more about this movement is due to unfair and unacceptable treatment of those who are black. Many of which can be police officers, doctors, nurses, and other people who are treating black people as if we are not equal. Some questions that I have about this social justice issue are What can we do to make sure that Black get treated equally? Should there be a penalty or punishment for those who are racist or do not treat Black people equally? What is causing the people who are treating the black with such inequality and disrespect?

This course is based on the following course(s):
This is a start but you need to fine tune and specify your questions. What you have right now is way too broad for researching. For example, see Fady’s post and my response to him: https://openlab.citytech.cuny.edu/garciaeng1121-o427sp2021/2021/03/16/developing-research-questions-7/
But you might also see what is being said about how to prevent and address racism in a particular area of life–a particular job/field, in law enforcement, in health care. Pick an area that interests you and then see what is going on with racism in that area. Then see what questions you still have.
