Assignment content

For this project you will be assigned a team and an accident scenario posted to black board.

1. Your task is to fill-in a set of OSHA documents with the information you learned about an employee injury.
2. Each team will be assigned an accident scenario posted on blackboard, discussion tab, OSHA reporting project forum. Use the assigned thread for any content you add.
3. Download the OSHA forms fillable with instructions document. Open it and read it. Fill in the forms to the best of your ability. Each student will need to turn in the filled in documents on blackboard in the assignments tab, projects, OSHA reporting project assignment.
4. Then you will need to create a short video or ppt to present to the class at our next meeting of how your team interpreted and reported the incident. The PowerPoint file or video link should be posted on blackboard in the discussion tab. Be sure to post the names of every student on your team in the same thread.
6. Do not turn the forms into OSHA.

1. Turn in the filled in version of the OSHA reporting document pdf to Blackboard, assignments tab, assignment folder, OSHA reporting project icon.

2. Turn in a ppt to present your documents and what you learned to blackboard, discussion tab, OSHA reporting project forum, use your assigned scenario thread.
