    Main idea: In the article “Is Music Universal” the author discuss about how science is proving music is universal.

    Supporting Detail 1: In 2001 in the journal science several scientists have shown that basic ways other species share music appreciation to understand the human mind better.

    Supporting Detail 2: Many species of Birds sing in ways that also follow the rules of human song.

    Supporting Detail 3: species share a similar tonal scale and their songs involve the introducation and variation of a central theme.

    Main Idea : In the article “Is Music Universal?” the author discusses the universality of music,and what researchers can use music to better understand and solve ,also how musical sounds in nature reveal a profound bond between all living things.

    1- The author begin by mention that science has deeply proven that music is universal

    2- The author continues by mention that , “the songs of one type of whale follow many of the same precise rules that are nearly universal in human music,” as one evidence that musical sounds in nature reveal a profound bond between all living things.

    Main Idea:
    The way how both animals and humans can understand the love that people ave towards the music.
    1: Us humans are not the only people that can sing because birds can sing with their mouth.
    2: Also whale they have the same sound that almost universal in our music.
