    In the article”The Science of Genetics” the author states the knowledge and backgrounds of genetics and how genetics is relatable to human society and make us whole. I agree with the author because I believe in the knowledge of a formula which creates people. It’s realistic to the human concept because someone that is the genius and the mad scientist proves that the science of genetics is real. In my life, I learned the biology of genetics in high school and was fascinated that humans are capable of breeding many different characters within limits.

    In the article “The Science Of Genetics” the author discuss about who are we? Where did we come from? How are we relented to each othar and to other living things? To answer this question goes back to 2500 years. At that time one of the famous Greek Mathematics believed that children got all their physical traits from their parents. Druing nineteenth century the scientist did experiments on pea plants and came out with the solution. Today scientist are learning more and more about genes and their effect on what we look like, how we behave, how smart we are and what kinds of problems will we have in the future. They are getting all this information by testing the genetic engineering and genetic testing.

    In the article “The science of Genetics,” the author discusses how science of genetics helps human and living things understand the theory of traits. Back then Greek mathematician believed that children gets traits from their father but later Greek philosopher realized that children gets traits from both mother and father. In nineteenth century the modern genetics has borned by experimenting on pea plants. Later the theory of pea plants used on human and living things to understand how the traits pass to children through the genes. Genes helpe putting all the body parts together to create human. Today, scientist are learning more about how gene help identifying human personality. The author also said that genetic engineering help science to put or replace genes in human or living things and genetic testing help doctor to know if he/she have any disease or if he/she will have any disease. In addition, he also incorrectly believed that child was the direct product of the mixing of the mother’s and father’s blood. During the nineteenth century, the scientist had made an experiment on the pea plant, the result was the mother and the father plant are not mixed together when the two plant are transferring pollen and produce it to the next generation. The author begins by telling us there were many theories about why children look and act like their parents, and characteristics that are stronger will come out in the first generation, characteristics that are weaker will come out in the second generation. The author continues by giving an example that shows if we take a tall pea plant and a short pea plant, the first pea plant will be very tall and the short plant will appear in the second generation.
