Every morning, I wake up to a 7:50 alarm to start my day. I’ll speak to everyone that’s is up at the time, then, will either drink water, apple juice, or even milk on occasion. I’m not a coffee person unless it’s like a Caramel Frappe or something. I eat, check my emails after my first class and then go to my second. Following my second class, at 11:15, I take my puppy outside for a 15 minute walk so that I’m back just in time for English. Eventually, I’d like to be able to squeeze in exercising because that’s what I was able to do before I attended college. I was working towards the end and straight after high school. I had free mornings and time to keep up with physical activities. I would’ve usually worked out at home for approximately an hour prior to getting ready for work. I don’t plan on starting classes next semester as early as I did this one so hopefully I can fulfill my plans. Exercise helped provide sharper memory and thinking and helped me concentrate as well because my brain was moving afterwards. I don’t recommend taking a break after high school and into college because, personally, the transition wasn’t easy. It was a few things I should’ve remember for my courses from high school that was a little foggy. Even filling out the financial aid forms was a difficult take because I had the chance to get help from a counselor in my school during my senior year.
