This would be a multifaceted internship that will play a supportive role in Aging Connect Operations, as well as, the volunteer program.  Intern(s) would help in the implementation of our engagement plan, budgeting systems, and research. Intern(s) would help to craft and execute a social media plan designed to highlight the volunteer program. Intern(s) would assist in the planning of virtual and in-person events for the volunteer program and agency at-large. Intern(s) would assist in agency research projects and assist the Director of Operations in budgeting tasks, while learning about the various city reporting systems and protocols.

      • Blog design and creation for VOP
      • Newsletter Design 
      • Outreach content design (outreach to volunteers for spotlight content and testimonials)
    • Social Media Content:
      • Social media plan development
      • Social media content design and creation 
    • Event Planning:
      • Plan, design, and create presentation materials for the virtual volunteer recognition event
      • Assist in agency wide event initiatives (such as the Black History Event, NYC Conference on Aging, and more)
    • Operational Support:
      • Budget Planning and Support
      • Agency initiative and budgeting research
