The OpenLab is an open-source, digital platform designed to support teaching and learning at City Tech (New York City College of Technology), and to promote student and faculty engagement in the intellectual and social life of the college community.
Try using a tripod and a longer exposure. The aim of the class is to learn how professional food photography is done. The overall image should have soft, diffused light and really soft and non-distracting shadows.
