    Getting rid of the yellow cast is a great start. You might want to do a custom white balance for your lights.

    Try next time doing a little more work on the eyes themselves to brighten and bring out detail. I can see that you lightened under the eyes but I don’t see that much other difference between the versions. Also, try to even out the contrast so that the brighter spots are not so noticeable.
