  • Decide on two topics of interest for Project One
    • Identify one main issue within each topic
    • Explain why it is so important
  • Using the supplied Word file, complete the above and email completed version to me by the deadline above. If I received it past deadline, my feedback will be delayed.

Due by Week 6, 9/12

  • Read in Designer’s Research Manual:
    • Research Summary and Creative Briefs, pgs. 120-133
    • Chapter 4—Project Spotlights
      • Wheels 4 Water, 180-185
  • Begin making your Insight Statements.
  • Complete How Might We sheets and keep in process book.
  • Start building out an outline of your project’s audience. 
  • Begin creating 3 personas.
  • Create a KWHL table and use it to guide your research/findings
    for next class.
  • PROCESS BOOK CHECK-IN WEEK 6

There have been 7 breakout exercises covered so far that needs to be included in your process book. They are placed in the semester to build better research understanding and progression of your concepts/ideas.
