During my internship at REISS in Manhattan, New York, I supported the team in gaining a thorough understanding of their roles and their contributions to the business. The experience of working as a student intern has allowed me to learn how to filter relevant information and cultivate a variety of communication styles and behaviors. This will enable cascades of appropriate communication. As a part of REISS, I demonstrated the ability to identify different leadership styles and approaches, and adapted my approach to meet the requirements of the team. Providing feedback to the team was another part of my responsibilities. It was truly a great experience for me to be an intern at REISS, that I will never forget for the rest of my life.
