Course Description
An introduction to the study of product development from concept to consumer. In this course students will learn how research is conducted in the fashion industry and how it is ultimately reflected in garment design. Trend cycles, consumer behavior, social, political, and economic influences are discussed as influences on trend development.

Here is an assignment regarding a brand that I developed called “AmbGalore”, a collection of Spring bridal gowns. We explored the significance of the time and effort needed to create a fashion collection as well as who our competitors are, and why we created this line. In addition to this paper, a PowerPoint presentation is included as well.
