I have completed my 120 hours. It feels like I just started my internship and now it’s already coming to an end. This internship was very helpful for me, I learned a lot of things that I had not known previously. The things you learn in class is one thing and implementing them in real life is another so, I think i have more understanding of how this industry works than before starting the internship. There is of course a lot more to learn still but that will happen with time over the years.
I am taking away a lot of meaningful lessons from my time in this internship. The most important is work ethic for me. Since that is something you can only learn in the real life. Like i said these things are very important, including time management. If you’ve mastered these things than you will go a long way. I worked on a lot of projects and different things that I hadn’t learned before like promotional emails and newsletter. It was my first time creating these and it was a fun experience with coming up with themes according to holidays, months and seasons. I worked on labels which I had done before but this time they were for a real product with real customers so that was amazing to do. I like the work that I did for this internship and I hope they liked my work which would make me happy to know for a fact.
