I got this intern from one of my friends. We were having dinner together and I told them that I was looking for an intern. One of my friends said his uncle owns a sign making company and having an open spot. He asked me if I want to try. The reasons made me want to work there were that he told me it will be easy and I will also get paid. This is my last semester and I am having five classes. I thought to myself, an easy intern might be what I needed, and I can always find another one after I graduated, so I just said ok. I didn’t have to send them any email or resume. I didn’t have to do an interview, because my friend already spoke with my boss about me. They didn’t ask me anything and I just started working there the next day. I actually hoped they would ask me some question so that I could practice a bit.
