This week I went out with my boss to New Jersey to meet up a client. We drove for about two hours. It was an off-price department store. They wanted a new sign for their store. They asked for a channel letter sign. Channel letters are also called Three Dimensional letters which are applied to sign panels or monuments. They have eight storefronts in total. It is kind of a big project for the company. I could tell my boss really want to take this job. After talking about the price and the process of making the sign, they decided to give us the job. The client only asked for one thing about the design. They wanted us to make it similar to the Marshall sign. They only wanted their name as their sign. After I came back to the office, I searched for a bunch of different fonts. Then I picked out ten of my favorites and discussed with my boss. After some corrections, we finally show it to the client. At the end, the client chose a font called Vice city sans.
