After this intern, I found out that I still have weaknesses that I have to overcome. For the first two weeks, I think I didn’t have enough communication with my boss. I was too quiet at the office. I think I should speak up more often and express myself more. That would be more efficiency. I also noticed that my work pace is too slow. I was feeling uncomfortable working in such a fast-paced environment. My boss told me that it will be even faster in some bigger companies. I should start training myself to work as fast as I can. I also need to learn how to approach and communicate with the clients. Especially when we have different ideas. I should speak with more confidence, so it will be more convincing to the client. I also learned the decisive from my boss. He could always make decision right away and move on to the next thing.
