EXTRA CREDIT: Synesthesia Painting

On Tuesday March 7 we visually interpreted three songs as abstract color compositions, looking at how we relate color to emotions and our other senses. In order, the songs we listened to were:

• Clueless (with Oxlade) – Michaël Brun, Oxlade
• Jazz Suite No. 2: VI. Waltz II – Dmitri Shostakovich, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra
• Pon De Floor – Major Lazer, Vybz Kartel

For your extra credit assignment, revisit and finish at least ONE of these paintings, and post a photograph to OpenLab with a brief paragraph explaining how your painting interprets the music. Tag with “Extra Credit: Synesthesia Painting”.
