“Inception” is the first movie I’ve ever watched that made me sit back and think “wow, I wonder who was the mastermind behind this movie.” Between the rolling hotel scene and the imagery of the city basically collapsing, I was mesmerized by the genius who could think to create those scenes. Upon research I found out that Christopher Nolan was the director of “Inception”. He also directed the Batman Trilogy and Interstellar. With this new information learned, I went back and rewatched those movies. The amount of amazing things I noticed from rewatching those films made me respect and appreciate Christopher Nolan’s style even more. Since all directors have a different style, when I watch movies now, I try to see if I can recognize the style of cinematography displayed.
