This art piece that contains an illustration using a limited color palette is by Tiago Galo in his Red and Blue Series. His striking images use red, blue, white and black and show off his style and his sense of humour in his artwork. Galo starts by using pencil to create the outlines and then colors it in Adobe Illustrator. The color techniques Galo uses is having the skin color be red and most of the colors be blue. He uses white for clothing and the sky. He uses black as details for pants, shoes, and hair. I consider these color techniques effective because every color is in perfect relation to each other and one color does not distract from the other.
