I have always loved to draw. During my childhood, drawing was a way for me to express my emotions, as I am an introvert. Now, I draw because I like the idea of creating something that people can admire. I believe the things that I am interested in drawing will become my visual signature because they show my diversity.

The things I am interested in drawing are landscapes, animals, and anime characters. I feel more at ease when I view nature and often wish I lived in a forest; I enjoy the sound of the wind blowing, the smell of fresh air, and the way the leaves change during the season.

Animals are the most magnificent beings on Earth. When I look at an animal I am amazed with their appearance, and how freely they roam the Earth. The animal that I draw the most are wolves. They are my favorite animals due to their unique and elegant appearance, especially with their howls. My love for wolves came from watching the movie “Balto” by Simon Wells, and the anime called “Wolf’s Rain” by Keiko Nobumoto. I feel like I connect with wolves because of their loyalty as I am also a loyal person.

I also enjoy drawing my own anime characters. I grew up watching Pokemon by Satoshi Tajiri and Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto; they are the reasons why I started to love anime and wanted to create my own characters. Mostly, I draw them for fun, but I would like to learn more about character design to become a better illustrator.
