For me, I would also like to say that a lot of people have helped me on my journey to do what I love to do and what I have to do. However, I will name the main one for me. The first has to be my mom, she has taught everything from writing, math, to inspiring me, teaching me to do the right thing and to never let go of my dreams. My mom has also taught me that everything happens for a reason and to always keep learning, never to be stubborn or the know-it-all.  My dad didn’t have a lot of time with me as he worked almost every day, but he has taught me to work hard and to be productive. Another family member that has helped me a lot is my grandmother. She has taught me to be proud of my Hispanic heritage and to work towards my dreams so I can enjoy my life. She would tell me a saying that she learned when she was growing up” The word tired doesn’t exist, it only exists to those who don’t work hard enough”. I have had several teachers teach me valuable lessons about doing the right thing and to follow your dreams. Mainly, there was an assistant soccer couch in my high school named coach mark, and what he made me was to work hard to make the team and give this mindset about working to get where you want to go. These people, and more, have helped me so much as I work to be where I want to be and to never stop learning.

First off, my thanks would go to many people but I’m only going to name a few that made the most impact. The path I have taken has led me different roads and some I had trouble deciding but thanks to these individuals I was able to head down the right path. The first person I would want to thank would be my mom, she made me aspire to continue my education after high school, for me I wanted to start going to work but she made me rethink that decision and told me that if you want to make money and become better, continuing your education would be beneficial for me. My father would be another person that I would thank because he taught me that by doing nothing you will achieve nothing, but if you work hard for what you want then many paths will open up for you. My teachers from afterschool taught me a lot as well, not just how to do my homework but that if you put some effort into what you want out of life then you will receive the most out of it and so far it’s exactly what I’ve done myself. These life lessons have taught me that if I’m secluded I won’t be able to achieve what I want so I have to be more open and have the ability to change. So this is my thanks to them and I will continue to thank them for years to come.

Lipogram No “O”- Life is Change

Life is change. A change all can’t expect but it’s a change that will arrive earlier than expected. I’m simply unprepared with life even with it changing. A schedule is what my life is run by. 4 classes a week and then making bread after class. My life has been paused. The last time I remember living life was when I was 4, life was good filled with peaceful vibes playing in the park with friends.

Life is unexpected and it takes turns. We  can’t receive what we want because it’s unfair. But we can get the best of it when we but in the work.
