LiveWell Session 3

I just finished LiveWell Session 3. I continue exercising regularly. And my diet changed a lot. I included a lot of vegetables and fruits to all my meals. I also keep a pack of almonds at work in case I would want a snack in between meals. I also try to relax and do things that make me happy when I feel that stress levels go up.

Live Well Session 3

As we move on to Live Well session three, I continue my exercise and diet going on to month five now. My fruit smoothies during the morning, protein bars and fruits for snacks at work, sandwiches with no added fatty ingredients and a sensible dinner. Improvements are noticeable, and stress levels have been minimal. I intend on continuing my diet and workout plan hopefully for the rest of my life.

LiveWell Session 3

LiveWell sessions are in maintenance stage with diet and exercise. However, this being end of the semester with many assignments due, the workout time decreases and stress level usually increases.

Livewell Post 3

In continuing with the livewell program, I decided to have fruit smoothie for breakfast and dish the carbs on a side. Also I included more vegetables with meals. On the days I don’t go to the gym I jog or walk to keep myself active. On the days I don’t do anything activity I feel very guilty.

Continuing to eat healthy and gain weight the proper way. Protein shake contains 1 cup of 2% milk, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 scoops of protein,  and 4 tbsp of peanut butter.
