Hello! my name is Awa Lo. I was born in Senegal. This is my first year of college. My first semester It was really hard for me to choose a major. I don’t really know what I have to choose. so I declared myself as an undeclared student. The class I was taking was based on science and math. After the end of the semester I passed all my science classes except math. so I decided to choose my major which is hospitality and management. For my first semester I did not know that city tech has culinary and one friend of mine who used to go to that school told me that the city tech colleges have cooking classes. I chose this major because I really love cooking and I want to try all other food and know how to cook many foods. The other reason why I chose this major is that I want to have my own restaurants in different countries so people can’t discover some other delicious food that they never try
