At first, I didn’t understand why he chooses a forest, but I began to understand and enjoy what Robert Frost really meant when I read it again and again. To me, this poem talks about the decisions or paths we take in our life, and sometimes we are stuck between two sides. After choosing a path, we start to rethink if we took the right one or regretted picking a path we walk on. However, both paths are the same; it depends on the decisions we make, not the path. Every time I read this poem, I believe that where I am today is where I would be. I enjoy this poem because of the words and how delivered it is to me.
There’s a lot of nice energy in this poem, it almost felt like a comedy routine with a guy picking between 2 paths.
This poem felt indecisive. Being able to live with the decisions you’ve made in one path is one thing, but being regretful of not taking the other is another.
This poem is very peaceful but very true at the same time. Sooner or later in life, we’ll all have to choose our own paths and I feel like this poem represents that perfectly.
I like this poem because the author seemed to really express his emotions and be open and honest.
I also really like Robert Frost’s poem and this poem is one of them I really like it. I think the tone of the poem is calm because the topic is really based on one thing which is discussion, how one discussion can make your life hell or heaven.
