One Sunday Monday morning, Alia was going to Starbucks to get a coffee. She left her home around 8:30 am and went to Starbucks before dropping off her brother Alam to go to school. Alam is in elementary school, where he is only in 5th grade. They both left home saying goodbye to their parents. Alia went to the car and took her little brother with her.

After she dropped him, Alia went to Starbucks, it was so packed with so many people. Many people were waiting to be served. Some were chatting with friends while others were just looking around. People of different ages and ethnicities came here to buy coffee or just sit there. People who sat in the sofa area were on different tasks: working individually or in groups on their class projects, or just eating with an empty look and sleeping silently in the corner.  Alia has ordered through her phone, and she is now waiting. Alia got her order and it came 15 min later. She told the staff members, please don’t take too long next time. ” The staff said alright, I am sorry.

She saw so many people who were working on laptops while some were listening to their iPods when reading. Alia also saw that the cashiers were busy inquiring about what the customers needed and remained polite to every one of the customers. Even if they asked the same question over and over again, they always had a warm smile on their face. Sometimes, they talked to each other but never really slowed down their pace. As people were leaving Starbucks, more people walked into the shop and waited in a long line to get a cup of coffee. Most of them look like students with their heavy school bags on their back or folders in the hand. After they got their coffee, they left the Starbucks in a hurry.

Alia had enjoyed her time in Starbucks where she was working her job on Starbucks instead of going to work, because of Covid, she wants to be safe so, she is working online. Alia was saying to herself that, this is too much work, how long will I finish this, “. Alia loves to work very hard to be more successful in life. As she was working on her job, she noticed so many things in Starbucks. Alia is a tough woman, and she can do anything she can for her family and friends. Also, she loves to babysit, and earn money, and have fun with friends.

It was almost time for Alia to pick up for younger brother from school, so, she left Starbucks and went to the car, and went to Alam’s school which was close to home, so she drove off, and when was about to go inside of school, Alam was already waiting for Alia to come, Alia told Alam that, please come inside the car, and put your seat belt on. Alam said alright.”So, then Alam went inside the car, and they both went home to relax from a long day of work and school.
