How did you get interested in your question?

By asking my question, that helps me understand better the effects and causes of human rights violations. The effects of human rights violations might cause both physical and psychological consequences. These found their expression in the killing, abduction, severe ill-treatment, and torture of activists, families, and communities. The causes of the human rights violation are multiple: Fear of losing power over upcoming power, greed due to self-respect, and power and desire to have authority over sections of people could result in a nation abusing by injecting fear in its people. Those two concepts made me interested by human rights violations.

Why are you interested?

Each person has the right to life, health, and respect.  As one of the meanings of human rights describes a certain standard of human behavior and regularly protected in municipal and international law. When someone does not have access to these things, his or her right is violated. I want to fight so that each person has access to his or her rights freely. This is why I am interested.

  • What answers and information do you expect to find in response to your question?

My expectation to my questions must be practical meaning they must be applied in all society and in all countries because the universal declaration of human rights is an international document adopted by

the United Nations General Assembly that enshrines the rights and freedoms of all human beings.

  • What will you do if you find something that does not fit your hypothesis?
    • The Australian human rights commission Act brings into Australian law a number of rights contained in international human rights law you can make a complaint under the Act if you believe your human rights have been breached. I can call on this same organization to get my claim across.
