I found your entry very interesting, I did not know there is another treatment for insomnia other than drugs, we are often only given the option to take medications. I am a bit confused on what “CBT” stands for though. “The condition is linked to health problems including depression, difficulties in functioning, and large reductions in work productivity” I found this quote interesting because a lot of people may not know that the reason they feel depressed or do not have the energy to be productive is because of their insomnia.
