You did a good job here, Ashani. I have a few suggestions to help focus your research a bit more. Restrict your study to either elementary school, middle school, high school, or college. I think you will find there is a huge difference in how/if these topics are taught. There are departments in some colleges that teach this subject. For example: https://www.ccny.cuny.edu/blackstudies right here at CUNY, and https://afamstudies.columbia.edu/.
