        • Design – make it lively, use more colors in posts
        • Campus screens – bee buzzing around in screen?
        • Infographic of “did you know” campaign? Could also use it for posters, distribute to new students
        • Highlighting more collaborative aspects of OL — using it for projects
        • Idea: Introducing faculty, introducing student govt —
          • if you have this kind of issue, this is who you should be reaching out to.

          • Create an image block – input a prompt, it will generate images for you
        • Creating a contest (see suggestion above). Campaign “did you know you can create these with OpenLab”?
        • Add a chatbot – could use ai to answer student questions, like “how do I create an ePortfolio?”
          • Create a plugin. When you activate, have a little ? icon – when you click, you are able to chat with AI. Can provide AI with OpenLab documentation (or use general WordPress documentation)?

        • 1. Promotion of OpenLab – posters (hand them out) or email them. Maybe merchandise or videos?
        • 2. Create an OL channel for COMD students where they can add their coursework — there could be a mini-competition on OL where they could post their work, and others could see their work
        • 3. For non-COMD students – template/theme
        • re: chatbot discussion – Maybe there could be an OL Help department – ask the basic questions (ai response), but for questions it can’t answer can direct you to a person?

        • Created sample Persona – architecture student experiencing OL for first time
        • Timeline: researching needs, …

      • Darren
        • Likes the Project Overview. (discussion)
        • Jody: re: templates – we have two “generic” templates, could start with one of those, or start with the COMD template
