Week 9: Networking Event
The Networking event I attended was called Zoominâ With Creatives, a virtual event. The speakers were Marcos Chin, Rehan Miskci, Todd Goldstein, and ASAP/ACE students. The event was a tell-all by design pros from various fields on their school days, career twists, hurdles, and victories. We also got to connect with the speakers with a Q&A afterward. What I learned from the designers was valuable insights, skills, and techniques that can enrich my design practice and help me approach projects with creativity, innovation, and effectiveness. They were also kind enough to exchange their email info with us.
