My research question is: Why is Gambling a Problem for Professional Athletes? This topic interests me because I have tried gambling. I was addicted and I realized I’m using my own money to bet on these players to get a certain amount of a player stats. I wasn’t winning any money and I was losing by one stat. I also feel I already know that professional that athletes do bet on themselves and on other professional athletes. I want to find out: What is the hype of gambling your money on players from any sport? Why are professional athletes are gambling? What type of consequences that professional athletes get for gambling?
