When reading How Read like a Writer this stood out for me, mainly because lets say when thinking on how to write a good essay we sometimes take a look at other people’s work and see how well of an essay it is. Seeing how it’s constructed and examining the details when reading we can perceive how the writer portrays their piece of writing. I feel like sometimes people lack constructing their own writing even when given something to read about. Along with having to thoroughly read and understand it is crucial.
