Bakhe

In chapter one Bakhe discusses the history of information and how it transitioned from traditional, to printing press, and then to what we know now as the WWW. As the knowledge spectrum broadens the more enlightened the world became but also the exposer to nonsence increased. Thus gatekeepers where given he job to weed out irrelevant knowledge . In the last section of the chapter he emphasizes more on e books and their carriers. In chapter eight what interested me the most was the first section titled “Reading for the Connoisseur and the Glutton. He states that research is not meant for the glutton (To my understanding this means those who absorb every information of the research). He also gives a walk threw on how to become a more effective researcher given an abundance of research material and a small time frame.
