Now that we know the effects that this zoning in SoHo will bring into its surrounding neighborhoods. It is very clear that if the city wants to make zoning changes they also need to take into account the current communities living there and the culture that they have established for a long time. 

As a group we all collaborated with one part of the research. Also, we gave different tasks to each person to get the podcast and the OpenLab website done. We learned a lot about rezoning and the resources that we can use to get involved in the subject.
