SS-Iteration 1

First I did designed the patterns (4’x4′) in Rhino, then scaled them down to laser cut them.

The biggest size dimensions are 7.5×7.5″

Medium size dimensions are 3-3/4×3-3/4″

Small size dimensions are 3×3″

It took about 30 minutes to cut them all.
