The central purpose of the world’s central kitchen is to be able to create a solution to hunger and poverty by giving food. Three places where they have our Mexico, Indonesia and Haiti. These communities were activated in response to dozens of disasters that included natural and some man made. I believe the world central kitchen put effort into education in order to help those kids who want to learn but don’t have the resources. It’s very interesting and puts a smile on my face to know that the organization helps kids learn about culinary and hospitality. They are able to learn, graduate and then work their knowledge out and internships and even full-time jobs.
