Weekly reflection for 10/24

Two pieces of information that I learned is to never be afraid to ask questions in the work places because someone will be there to help you. Another piece of information that I learned is to know your worth, never accept the first job offer just because your new to the industry. Another piece of information that I learned is to always just to apply for jobs because the worst that could happen is they say no. I will take action by understanding that it is ok to struggle on your first job. Also when I apply for jobs, I will start applying for jobs in the hospitality management industry even if they reject me. Another thing I will do is have confidence in myself and my work ethics.
