Two things I learned from the panelists is that I should always ask and learn about handling criticism because handling both good and bad situations will help me grow professionally, in addition to being able to handle and face complicated situations that at some point in my career I will have to sort out. In addition, one of the tips that I will consider the most in my professional career will always be to ask and not be shy about professional questions.
