Providing Over 70 Years of Quality Service to the Hospitality Industry

Weekly Reflection 11/24

One of the two things I learned is that critisms can be helping you grow or it can be your obstacle, it just depends on how you view the situation. Staying humble and learning from your mistake will create a longer path for you, and there is always something new to learn. Another thing I learned is that do not be afraid to ask questions, instead working on yourself and trying to take everything with the help of others you will find your job easier and more enjoyable. I can relate to this statement because in my current job I noticed my co-workers are also willing to help and explain to me when I had questions. I will take action by start accepting other’s opinion when it comes to critisms, if I can learn from or see another point of view of a question I think that will help me improve a lot. Also I need to improve on asking question more, right now I only ask question when I really tried and with no outcome at all.
