One thing I learned today was to know your worth and value in the industry. I remember once Professor Corbett told us to write an assignment about something that we thought was worth our time. I think this is the same concept, knowing that you should spend your time and efforts in something worth it, that you know will help your future and your education. Another thing I learned is that impressions in the industry matter. I think this is the same in school as well because making a good impression on your professors and peers is also important, because those are the people who will be teaching you and learning by your side for weeks. It is good to make good impressions because you never know who is going to be the one to offer you a job in the future.
